We kindly ask that all guests familiarise themselves with the sound of the smoke alarm so that they can respond appropriately in the event of an emergency.  Our first aid kit contains all the necessary items to deal with minor injuries such as bandages, antiseptic wipes, and pain relief medication. 

In the event of an emergency, all hotel guests and staff must evacuate the building immediately. Guests should remain calm and follow the designated evacuation route. Once outside, guests should move to the designated emergency meeting area and await further instructions from hotel staff. Hotel staff will be on hand to provide assistance as necessary. All guests are asked to leave their personal belongings behind and not to re-enter the building until the all-clear has been given. The safety of guests and staff is the hotel's top priority.
